Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion

The Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion, once known as Meadowbrook Farm, has always been a place of peace and geographic beauty. It seems to beckon a traveler to stop, experience, and to enjoy what it offers while making wonderful memories.

Spanning over two centuries, Meadowbrook Farm was once owned by the Miller family, who used the land for summer vacations, weekend excursions, and a place for family time and entertainment. As years passed, the land began to develop and in the early 1900’s, cottages began to appear on the Meadowbrook property. Along the beautiful shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and with the White Mountain scenery, the Millers would spend their time relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors.

Each member of the Miller family was musically talented and could play an instrument. This was often showcased at intimate concerts with their immediate family. In time, the land changed along with the ownership. What started as a vision in one of the Miller’s fields, the idea of “Meadowbrook” was born.

At the very beginning, in 1996, Meadowbrook consisted of temporary staging; 2,500 temporary seats and room for 2,000 lawn guests. Today the venue consists of 3,097 reserved seats under the pavilion roof, 540 upper reserved lawn seats, and 2,850 general admission lawn seats.

Our Magic Hat Second Stage is home to many talented, homegrown musicians throughout the season. These local talents take the stage once the gates open and provide entertainment prior to the start of the main stage show.

Ever-changing and always improving, the evolution of Meadowbrook proves that a bit of imagination and a vision can go a long, long way. In 2012 Meadowbrook is proud to celebrate its 16th season! With 4 ACM’s and 2 Pollstar nominations, we have carved our way in the music business as the little engine that could and we continue to vow to provide an ultimate concert experience for years to come!
