• Where are the clubs located?

• How can I get tickets to a Bowery Presents show?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking the TICKETS icon on any show page on our site and will be taken to the Ticketmaster site. Purchase over the phone by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets to all clubs and some Bowery Presents shows are sold at the Mercury Lounge and Music Hall of Williamsburg box offices free of service charges. (Mercury Lounge, Mon.-Sat., 12-7 p.m.; Music Hall of Williamsburg, Saturdays only, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.) Both box offices are cash only. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show (cash only). Tickets to Bowery Presents shows in reserved-seating venues (Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden, United Palace, etc.) are available at each venue’s box office and are not sold at Mercury Lounge or Music Hall of Williamsburg. If you’re unsure, please call the box office to inquire whether tickets are being sold there (212-260-4700).

• If a show is cancelled, where do I get a refund?

If a show is cancelled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster. Please note openers are always subject to change.

• What are my payment options in the venue?

We accept most forms of payment. Cash is king, but we also accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is a credit-card minimum of $25 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg bar. We have ATMs on-site at all of our locations. The Music Hall of Williamsburg box office is cash only. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show (cash only).

• How old do I have to be to get into the club?

Please check the show page to verify age limits for individual Music Hall of Williamsburg shows. All shows require a government-issued photo ID or passport to enter. Security is present at every show to verify your age.

• My friend and I just started a band, how can I get us a show booked at a Bowery Presents club?

The best way to get a show at a Bowery Presents club is to send your press pack to: The Bowery Presents, c/o Eddie Bruiser, 156 Ludlow St, New York, NY 10002. Please list a New York City show history (including where, when, ticket price and what they drew—be as specific as possible). And please allow four to six weeks before following up with an e-mail.

• Do your clubs have seats?

All of our venues have lounge space so you can rest your dogs. From time to time, we seat special shows at Music Hall of Williamsburg. These shows will be listed as such on the Web site. There are couches in the basement lounge and some seating in the balcony in the live room. But some of us at The Bowery Presents highly recommend you getting off your tush and shaking what your mama gave you.

• Do I need to bring ID?

Of course you do! Government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all shows.

• Do you serve cheese fries at any of your venues?

No, but Terminal 5 features a rotating group of restaurants that provide food, so feel free to arrive hungry.

• What are the usual set times?

Show generally begin one hour after doors open. One to three support acts usually precede the headliner, which will typically take the stage at 10 or 11 p.m. For exact set times, call the Music Hall of Williamsburg box office (718-486-5400) during business hours on the day of the show.

• What kind of drinks do you have?

We have a full bar in each venue, with plenty of H20 and soft drinks along with a wide selection of beers (on-tap and bottled), wine and spirits to cure what ales you.

• I have a blog. Do I count as press?

Maybe, but don’t ask us. The Bowery Presents doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquires should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.

• Can I get in for free?

Maybe, but what are you going to do for us? Relationships are a two-way street. We are always in search of street-teamers and folks to flyer. We can also offer you free admission if you were on any of the Yankees’ championship rosters.

• Can you give me the contact of someone at the label?

Unfortunately, we cannot give out that information, but Google and liner notes might help. You’ll be surprised what you can find on the Internet. Just ask Jim Glancy.

• Can I bring my camera?

Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until day of show. You can bring a nonprofessional camera to most shows, and you can inquire about the photo policy at the door or call 718-486-5400 on the day of show. If you are Mick Rock, please send us copies.

• Do you have a coat check?

All of our venues have a coat check, but The Bowery Presents encourages you to dress scandalously in the winter months. When in doubt, remember that it’s fashion before comfort.

• Pues-je fumer dans le club?

There is no smoking in any of our clubs. But there is an outdoor smoking section at Music Hall of Williamsburg.

• Is there re-entry?

Absolutely not! There is no re-entry to all clubs and all exits are final, excluding the smoking area.

• Do you rent your rooms for private events?

Of course! Nuestra casa es su casa. We like to party. Please visit BoweryEvents.com for more information.

• Do you have an internship program?

Yes we do. See Internship for information.

• Where do I park?

There is no designated parking at Music Hall of Williamsburg, but there is ample street parking in the neighborhood. And you can always go green and take the subway.
