Richmond's Landmark Theatre

CenterStage Foundation, formerly known as the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation, was created to bring a vibrant, diverse and accessible performing arts complex to downtown Richmond. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of the City of Richmond, State of Virginia, many corporate partners, foundations and individuals, the Foundation has brought CenterStage to life. Through the enormous support of citizens in and around Richmond and the passionate work of so many volunteers, the Foundation was proud to host the Grand Opening of Richmond CenterStage on September 12, 2009, kicking off an inaugural season full of enterainment and excitement.
