Working with a local brewery, Bar East Ale House hand selects Defiant micro brews made just twenty five miles outside of New York City. Bar East Ale House offers twenty exceptional selections of fresh micro brews and craft ales. Fresh micro brews are hand selected and delivered weekly straight from the brewery

A neighborly ale house with a southern mentality for hospitality delivered in an unmistakable New York way, Bar East Ale House has been welcoming neighborhood and visiting patrons for over ten years.

Open from 6pm – 4am Monday  through Thursday and 4 pm – 4 am Friday through Sunday, 

Bar East Ale House invites you to cozy up to the bar, relax and enjoy the company. Only one house rule applies: Please do not use the word actually. We find it's used too frequently and redundantly and we know you can tell us your story without it.

For private parties, rent the downstairs room. Accomodates up to 200 people. Available for private birthday, holiday, corporate, and fund-raiser events. Open bar specials, DJ, and catering available.
